3.5K Conversion Kits
Upgrade your 3,500 lb axle trailer with a complete Hydrastar electric over hydraulic (EOH) disc brake conversion kit. Each kit includes everything you need for a full disc brake conversion: a 1,600 PSI EOH actuator, axle-rated rotors and calipers, hydraulic brake lines, brake flange mounting hardware, breakaway switch and battery, wiring harness, and 7-Way RV cord with prewired junction box.
Hydrastar's 3.5K conversion kits are designed for tandem and triple axle trailers used for boat hauling, utility trailers, and light cargo applications. The Dacromet-coated rotors and calipers offer industry-leading corrosion resistance, and the included hydraulic brake lines feature a lifetime guarantee.
Choose between integral hub kits (which replace the entire hub-and-rotor assembly) or slip-over kits (which fit over your existing hub for faster installation). Both are DOT compliant and meet all CFR-393 federal braking requirements.
All Hydrastar EOH actuators are made in the USA with sealed, fully enclosed extruded anodized aluminum housings. The 12-gauge color-coded wiring makes installation simple, and our kits work with any standard 1-3 axle trailer configuration.
