Brake Pads

Replace your worn trailer brake pads with high-quality Hydrastar® brake pads designed for reliable stopping power and long service life. Our brake pad sets are engineered specifically for hydraulic disc brake systems on trailers, with options for both 225 and 250 caliper sizes.

Available with ceramic coated or stainless steel backing, Hydrastar brake pads offer excellent corrosion resistance and consistent performance in demanding marine and road environments. The ceramic coating reduces brake dust and provides quieter operation, while stainless steel backings prevent rust and extend pad life.

Each pad set includes 4 pads — enough to service one axle (2 pads per caliper × 2 calipers per axle). For tandem axle trailers, you'll need 2 sets per complete brake job.

Hydrastar brake pads are designed to work with Hydrastar's own disc brake calipers as well as the 225 and 250 caliper specifications. They offer reliable braking performance compatible with all Hydrastar EOH (Electric Over Hydraulic) actuator systems.

For best results, replace brake pads in pairs (both wheels on the same axle) and inspect rotors for wear at the same time.
