Plug & Play EOH Actuators

Hydrastar Plug & Play EOH actuators are designed for the fastest possible installation on new and existing trailers. Each actuator comes pre-wired with everything you need: breakaway switch with coiled cable, 4-pin harness, junction box, and 7-Way RV connection — no electrical diagnosis or wiring required.

Our Plug & Play models are available in both standard and marine configurations. Marine variants feature enhanced corrosion protection for boat trailer applications, including Dacromet-coated components and additional sealing on connections. Standard models work for utility trailers, equipment haulers, RVs, and general-purpose trailers.

The 1,600 PSI Hydrastar EOH actuator works with both disc and drum brake systems, providing reliable trailer braking through 12 V DC operation and solid-state electronics. The sealed, fully enclosed extruded anodized aluminum housing case withstands road and environmental demands without cracking or degrading.

Some Plug & Play models include an integrated Controller Adapter Module (CAM) for compatibility with 2024-2026 GM trucks (Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, Escalade, Colorado, Canyon, and Hummer EV) that experience the "Service Trailer Brake System" warning.
